THE RESTORATION OF RAPHAEL’S CARTOON IS ALMOST AT AN END

After four years of intense work, the restoration of Raphael’s Preparatory Cartoon for the School of Athens of the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, which will be visible to the public from January 2019, is almost at an end. On Saturday 27 October, structural adjustment works will be carried out in the museum to allow the transport and insertion of the pane of glass for the new display case.
